Sync Employees from HiBob

Connect HiBob to Spreadly to provision employees from your HR system. You can optionally limit the sync to specific departments and their members.


Steps

The access permissions you approve stay the same for this app. If your organization updates its fields or categories, the data included in those permissions may change.


  1. Go to Team → HR Integrations.
  2. Search for HiBob in Search integrations.
  3. Click Connect on the HiBob card.
  4. In HiBob, review the requested access to employee data and company metadata.
  5. Choose who Spreadly can access under People data access: All company, Select by condition, or Select by name.
  6. Click Authorize.



Only sync specific departments and their members


This step is optional. If you leave the department selection empty, Spreadly syncs the full employee list.


  1. Back in Spreadly, click Manage on the HiBob card.
  2. Open Only import users from the selected groups.
  3. Enter a department name in the search field.
  4. Select the matching department.
  5. Repeat the search and selection for each additional department you want to sync.
  6. Click Save.


Run the import


  1. Click Run import manually to start an import.


Spreadly will provision employees from HiBob based on the access scope and department selection you configured.
