Admin Roles
Spreadly offers different admin roles tailored to individual needs. Admin roles can be assigned or removed for specific users under Team > Members.
- Global Team Admin: This role has access to all admin features in Spreadly and can promote or demote other users. Use this role with caution.
- Template Admin: Can access and manage all templates, including their design and layout. Ideal for marketing or design teams.
- Member Admin: Can create, edit, and delete users and their cards. Best suited for HR or office managers.
- Lead Admin: Can view, export, and sync leads from the entire team (including leads from other users). Ideal for team members responsible for CRM.
- Billing Admin: Allows users to view, change, or cancel the subscription, update payment methods, and download invoices. Typically used by the finance or purchasing department.
