Delete your Spreadly account

Thinking about deleting your Spreadly account? No worries — here’s a quick guide on how to permanently delete your account.

Deleting your account is PERMANENT and cannot be undone. All your data will be lost forever.

How to delete your Spreadly account

Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Account Settings

First, head over to the menu on the left side of your dashboard and click on Settings.

2. Scroll to the "Danger zone"

At the bottom of the Settings page, you’ll see a section in the end of the page called Danger zone. Here, you’ll find the Delete account button in red.

Step 2: Find the Danger zone and click Delete account

3. Confirm your decision

A confirmation dialog will pop up. Please read the warning carefully!

You’ll lose everything: your account info, all digital and NFC cards, contacts, leads, and usage stats.
If you’re sure, enter your email address in the provided field.
Click on Delete account to proceed.

Step 3: Confirm with your email and delete

After you confirm, you’ll get an email to verify the deletion. You must click the link in that email to finish the process.

Warning: Once deleted, your account and all associated data are gone forever! There’s no way to recover them.

Need help or changed your mind? Just hit Cancel in the dialog or contact our support team before confirming the deletion.
