Change Billing Details

Who can do this: Only account Owners and Admins can view and edit billing details. If you don't see the Billing section, ask your account owner for access.


Keep your payment details current so your subscription renews without interruption. This guide shows you how to update your card, billing email, company name, address, and VAT/tax ID.


Update your payment method

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Under Add payment method, select Update payment method.
  4. Enter your new billing method credentials.
  5. Select Save.


Your new card becomes the default immediately and will be charged on your next renewal date. Your previous payment method is removed by this. A temporary authorization hold (usually under EUR 1) may appear to verify the payment method. It's released automatically.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and PayPal. For larger customers (1,000 EUR and above) we also accept bank transfers for payments. Please get in touch with us to enable this for your account.


Update your billing email

Invoices and receipts are sent to this address. A different email address then your login address can be used for this.


  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Next to Billing address, select Update.
  3. Enter the new email address.
  4. Select Update.



Update company name, address, or VAT/tax ID

These details appear on every invoice, so make sure they're correct for your accounting.


  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing address.
  2. Update any of the following:
    • Company name
    • Billing address
    • VAT / Tax ID
  1. Select Update.


Changes apply to all future invoices. Already-issued invoices can't be edited automatically, see below.


Download invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice you need.
  3. Select Download to save a PDF.


Troubleshooting


"Your card was declined"

Check that the card number, expiry, and CVC are correct and that the card allows online or international payments. If it still fails, contact your bank or try a different card.


I don't see the Billing section

You're likely not an Owner or Admin. Ask your account owner to update the details or grant you access.


I need to correct an already-issued invoice

Contact support with the invoice number and the corrected details, and we'll reissue it. We can only reissue invoices with updated company addresses as long as the country or VAT/tax ID has not changed.
