Add Elements to your Digital Business Card

On your digital business card, you can add different types of elements. At the top of the editor, you'll find a button to add new elements to your digital business card or template. Those elements will then be displayed when the card is opened. Elements with contact data like phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, or websites will also be saved to contacts. For each element, you can decide individually whether it should also be saved to contacts and/or shown when the Offline QR code is used.

Adding a Phone number

When adding a phone number, you can insert your phone or mobile number. You can switch between the different types of phone numbers you want to provide. To ensure the best usability, add a phone number in international format, starting with either + or 00, such as +49 for Germany or +1 for the US.

Add an Email Address

Select the Email address element to add and insert an email address you want to display on your digital business card.

Add an Address

When adding an address, you can provide a street, city, postal code, state, and country. In general, a city and country are required to show a preview of the address on the digital card. You can also hide the map preview by default by disabling "Always show expanded." We suggest providing as detailed an address as possible to make it easy for your customers to find you.

Save to Contacts

This element allows your digital business card to be saved to the local contacts app, like Apple Contacts or Google Contacts, with a click. In the settings of this element, you can decide whether the recipient can send themselves your digital card or if a direct save to the contacts app should be allowed. By sending your digital business card to the recipient, they can access and find your data anytime later in their email inbox. Saving to the contacts app directly needs to be done in the moment. We suggest keeping both options enabled so the recipient can decide what they prefer.

Add a Website

You can simply add a website by providing the link to the website.
