White Label Spreadly Platform
This requires the White Labeling add-on.
In addition to customizing the digital business cards, we also offer to brand the Spreadly platform and its emails to meet your company's requirements. All customization settings can be found under Team > Settings.
You can upload your own logo for the Spreadly form, which will be displayed on your private login page, within the Spreadly platform, and in emails. Please ensure you upload a PNG image to ensure compatibility with all email providers.
You can choose your own brand color instead of the default Spreadly color. This will apply to all buttons, links, labels, and boxes, including emails. Please use a color with high contrast to ensure all elements are visible on white backgrounds.
If you want to use a custom name for Spreadly within your organization, you can change the name, for example, from "Spreadly" to "Company's Digital Cards." This name will be used within the platform, on the login page, and in emails.
In some regions, you need to ensure that all emails sent from tools you provide include an appropriate email disclaimer. You can set up your own legal disclaimer for Spreadly emails, which will be used in all future communications.
