In this article, we'll show you how to use the Spreadly Gmail Add-on to insert your email signatures directly while writing an email in Gmail. It’s super simple, quick, and keeps your communication consistent and on-brand.


Insert a Spreadly Email Signature in Gmail


When you compose a new email in Gmail, you’ll notice the Spreadly icon in the toolbar at the bottom of your email editor.


  1. Open a new email: Start by composing a new message in Gmail.

  1. Click the Spreadly Add-on Icon: At the bottom of your email, click the Spreadly icon. This opens the Spreadly Email Signatures sidebar.

  1. Choose your signature: You’ll now see a list of your available email signatures. Next to each one, click Insert to add it to your email. The signature will be inserted exactly where your cursor is placed.


  1. Done! Your selected signature now appears in your email — clean, formatted, and ready to send.

The signature is always inserted at your current cursor position. Make sure you're clicking where you want it to appear before inserting.
