Use Spreadly Outlook Add-in

The Spreadly Outlook Add-in requires a central installation by your Microsoft admin! If you don’t see the Spreadly icon in your Outlook, please reach out to your IT team.


What is the Spreadly Outlook Add-in?


The Spreadly Outlook Add-in makes it super easy to use your Spreadly email signatures directly in Outlook. Whether you want to switch signatures, preview them, or just make sure your emails always look on point – this add-in has your back.



How to Use the Spreadly Outlook Add-in


1. Start a New Email in Outlook


Open Outlook and click “New Message” to start composing an email. You’ll notice a banner at the top indicating that Spreadly is managing your signature:

2. Open the Spreadly Add-in


At the top of your new message, click on the Apps button (sometimes labeled as “...” or "Add-ins" depending on your Outlook version). Look for the Spreadly icon (purple “S”) and click it.

3. Choose or Preview Your Email Signature


The Spreadly sidebar will pop up. Here you can:

  • See which signature is currently selected (e.g., “Spreadly Default”)
  • Preview the signature in real time
  • Click Choose email signature to open the selector

4. Switch Between Signatures


Click the dropdown to see all available signatures or select “None” if you don’t want to use a signature for this email.

5. Confirm Your Selection


Once you’ve picked your signature, confirm your selection by clicking on "Choose email signature". You can now finish and send your email, knowing your signature is perfectly in place!
