Use custom font for your digital business card

Hey there! Want to give your Spreadly business card some extra personality? In this article, we’ll show you how to use your own custom font for your digital card design. You can upload .ttf, .otf or .woff font files - so whether it's your company font or something stylish you found online, we’ve got you covered!

Supported file types: .ttf, .otf, .woff

  1. Head to the Design section

First, make sure you’re editing the correct business card template. In the menu on the left, click on Design.

See the blue highlight in the screenshot below:

  1. Select “Custom” as your font type

Click the Custom option (the one with the gear icon). This will unlock the upload field for your font file.

  1. Upload your font file

Click “Datei auswählen” (or “Choose file” if your dashboard is in English) and select your font file from your computer.

Once uploaded, you’ll see the file name below the button - like in the screenshot with PPMori-Regular.otf.

Tip: Make sure your font file is one of these formats: .ttf, .otf, .woff.

  1. Adjust text color as needed

You can also tweak the regular and wallet text color so it matches your new font style perfectly.

That’s it! 🎉

Your business card will now use your custom font and stand out from the crowd. If you update your template, don’t forget: all cards using that template will get the new font.

Warning: Uploading large font files may slightly slow down your card loading time. For best results, use optimized web fonts.
