Lead Form

With a lead form on your digital business card, you can easily collect contact details. Once a contact submits the form and fills out all required fields, you’ll receive an email with their information. The contact is also added to your lead list. If your Spreadly account is connected to a CRM, the contact will be synced automatically. They will also receive an email with your digital business card.

Add a Lead Form to Your Card


Open the editor for your card or template.
Click "+ Add Element."
Select "Lead Form."

Field Configuration


You can customize the visibility and requirements of fields in the Lead Capture settings:
- Hidden: The field will not appear on the lead form.
- Optional: The field will be visible but not required.
- Required: The field will be visible and must be filled out.

Form Configuration


Besides configuring specific fields, you can customize the consent notice by adding your own legal text or linking to your Terms and Privacy Policy. You can also personalize the thank-you message displayed after form submission.

Send Lead Form Data to a Different Email


By default, lead form data is sent to the digital card owner’s email. You can change this to a different or centralized email for better lead management. You can also access and export all leads from our Leads List.
