Delete a Email Signature

In this article, we’ll show you how to easily delete an email signature in Spreadly. Whether you want to tidy up or just get rid of an old signature—these step-by-step instructions will get you there in just a few clicks!

How to delete an email signature

1. Select the signature

First, go to your list of email signatures. Then tick the checkbox on the left next to the signature you want to delete. In the example below, “Default Signature” is selected.

2. Open “Bulk Actions” and choose “Delete”

Next, click the “Bulk Actions” button at the top right. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Delete” there.

3. Confirm the deletion

A pop-up will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to delete the selected signature(s). Click “OK” to complete the process. If you change your mind, click “Cancel”.

Deleted signatures cannot be restored. So, make sure you really don’t need the signature anymore before deleting!

Done!
