Create new Email Signature

In this article, we’ll show you how to create a new email signature in Spreadly. With just a few clicks, you can design professional signatures for yourself and your team.

Step 1: Go to the "Email Signatures" section

Head over to the Email Signatures section in your Spreadly account. Here, you’ll see an overview of all your existing signatures. You can also install the Outlook add-in if you want to automatically distribute signatures to your users.

Confirm by clicking Create email signature.

Step 4: Design your signature

Now the editor opens, where you can design your signature. Use placeholders like {{ user.first_name }} or {{ user.position }} to make your signature dynamic for each user. On the right, you’ll always see a live preview of how the signature will look for a selected user.
