Add Lead Form on Digital Business Cards

In this article, we'll walk you through how to add a lead form to your Spreadly digital business card. This is super handy if you want to easily collect leads, get in touch with potential clients, or just make networking way smoother.

Step 1: Open the Element Menu


First, go to your Spreadly card editor and hit the "+ Add element" button. This lets you choose what type of content or feature you want on your card.

Scroll down until you see Lead form (bottom left in the menu). Click on it!


Step 2: Connect Your Lead Form


A settings box will pop up for the Lead Form element. Here, you can:


  • Set the headline text for your form (like “Let’s get in touch”)
  • Choose which lead form you want to connect (from your existing forms)

Pick your form (e.g., "Test Lead Form") from the dropdown.


Step 3: Edit Lead Form Settings


Want to tweak what users see when they submit their info? You can edit things like:


  • Consent notice (What you want users to know before submitting)
  • Link to your privacy policy or terms (Add a URL if needed)
  • Submission text (What the user sees after submitting)


Go to the “Settings” tab of your lead form:

Type in your custom consent message, privacy link, and thank you text. Don’t forget to click Save changes at the bottom!


Step 4: Preview How It Looks


Here’s what your users will see on your digital card when submitting the form:


  • If you just use a consent notice:
