Add Fields to a Lead Form

In this article, we’ll show you how easy it is to add fields to your lead form in Spreadly.

See Conditional Form Fields on how to make Lead Form Fields conditional.

1. Open the Lead Form Builder

When you start creating a new lead form, you’ll see two main sections:

  • Lead Form Fields (left)
  • Available Fields (right)

Here’s what it looks like when you’re just getting started:

2. Add a Field by Drag & Drop

To add a field (for example, "Name"):

  • Click and hold the field you want to add from the “Available Fields” section.
  • Drag it to the “Lead Form Fields” box on the left.
  • Drop it where you want it to appear.

Once you’ve added a field, you’ll see it show up in the Lead Form Fields area. You can also set whether it’s required or configure when it should be shown:

Info: You can reorder fields by dragging them up or down in the “Lead Form Fields” area.

3. Remove a Field (Drag Back)

If you change your mind or want to remove a field, just drag it back to the “Available Fields” section. It’s that simple!
