# Use Spreadly Gmail Add-on

In this article, we'll show you how to use the Spreadly Gmail Add-on to insert your email signatures directly while writing an email in Gmail. It’s super simple, quick, and keeps your communication consistent and on-brand.

### Insert a Spreadly Email Signature in Gmail

When you compose a new email in Gmail, you’ll notice the Spreadly icon in the toolbar at the bottom of your email editor.

1. **Open a new email:** Start by composing a new message in Gmail.

2. **Click the Spreadly Add-on Icon:** At the bottom of your email, click the Spreadly icon. This opens the Spreadly Email Signatures sidebar.

3. **Choose your signature:** You’ll now see a list of your available email signatures. Next to each one, click **Insert** to add it to your email. The signature will be inserted exactly where your cursor is placed.

4. **Done!** Your selected signature now appears in your email — clean, formatted, and ready to send.

| The signature is always inserted at your current cursor position. Make sure you're clicking where you want it to appear before inserting.
