# Sync Employees from HiBob

Connect HiBob to Spreadly to provision employees from your HR system. You can optionally limit the sync to specific departments and their members.

## Steps
|| The access permissions you approve stay the same for this app. If your organization updates its fields or categories, the data included in those permissions may change.

1. Go to **Team** → **HR Integrations**.
2. Search for **HiBob** in **Search integrations**.

4. In HiBob, review the requested access to employee data and company metadata.
5. Choose who Spreadly can access under **People data access**: **All company**, **Select by condition**, or **Select by name**.

### Only sync specific departments and their members

This step is optional. If you leave the department selection empty, Spreadly syncs the full employee list.

2. Open **Only import users from the selected groups**.

4. Select the matching department. 
5. Repeat the search and selection for each additional department you want to sync.
6. Click **Save**.

### Run the import

1. Click **Run import manually** to start an import.

Spreadly will provision employees from HiBob based on the access scope and department selection you configured.
