Create a New Lead Form

In this quick guide, we'll walk you through how to create a brand new Lead Form in Spreadly. Lead Forms help you collect information from your prospects and organize your sales pipeline like a pro. If you want to customize what info you collect, you're in the right spot!


Step 1: Go to Lead Forms


First, you need to find the Lead Forms section in Spreadly:

  • In the sidebar, click on Leads within the Teams section to expand it.
  • Then click on Lead Forms.


Step 2: Open the Lead Forms Overview


You’ll see a list of all your existing Lead Forms.

Time to create a new one!

  • Click the big + Create button in the top right corner.


Step 3: Name Your Lead Form


Give your new Lead Form a name so you can find it later.


Name your new lead form


  • Type in a name (required).
  • Hit Create lead form.


That’s it!


You’ve just created a new Lead Form in Spreadly.

Now you’re ready to start capturing leads with the info that matters most to you.
