# Automatically create digital business cards for members

Want to make sure all your group members have a digital business card - without any manual work? In this guide, we'll show you how to automatically create digital business cards for every member of a group in Spreadly. You can also (optionally) send an email to everyone when their new card is created.

## Step 1: Open Your Groups

First, go to the **Groups** section to see all your available groups.

## Step 2: Select the Group

Click on the group where you want to automatically create cards (e.g., **Team Sales**).



## Step 3: Go to Templates & Email Signatures

Inside your group, click on the **Templates & Email signatures** tab at the top.

## Step 4: Choose a Card Template

Pick the template you want to use for the digital cards. Just click the toggle next to your chosen template. In our example, we’re turning on the **Spreadly GmbH Template**.

## Step 5: Enable Automatic Card Creation

Now, switch on **Automatically create cards**. This will trigger Spreadly to make digital cards for all group members using the selected template (it checks every 30 minutes).

## Step 6 (Optional): Send Emails on Creation

If you want everyone to get an email when their card is ready, turn on **Send emails on creation**. If you prefer not to notify members, just leave this off.

## That’s it!

Spreadly will now automatically create digital business cards for every member in your group—no more manual card creation! And if you enabled email notifications, everyone will be kept in the loop.
